Why are my csv imports not formatting the Description in 6.4?

Deleted user March 31, 2015

We have a library of CSV files that we import regularly. Since upgrading to 6.4, they are not respecting the formatting in the Description field. If I copy and paste the description from the CSV file, it formats correctly. These all worked before upgrading to 6.4.

If I copy and paste the top code directly into the Description field, it formats correctly.
