We are having sporadic issues with emails to our JIRA Email Reporter not creating support tickets. Is there any way to tell what's happening on the server side?
We had a number of missed messages on 2/27/15, and just had a report of another missed message yesterday.

There are many settings that need to be further investigated in this case.

However some of this verifications can only be done using sysadmin permissions, so please let if you cannot solve the problem following this instructions, then raise a ticket at Atlassian Support.
