can't find files:

Seems the plugin is not enabled. Could you please click on the COG ICON > Manage Addons and make sure RemindMe plugin is enable?

Hi, Luciano. Plugin is enabled, disableing and re-enabeling it does nothing. Accessing global settings shows: Communications Breakdown The JIRA server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation. Close this dialog and press refresh in your browser
