Why Jira 7.0 doesn't create issue from mail anymore?

Hi all.

After an upgrade from JIRA 6.4.11 to new JIRA Software 7.0.0 the system is not able to create new issues from incoming email, and in the log we have this error:

2015-11-05 10:46:00,338 WARN [XXX] Caesium-1-4 anonymous    XXX XXX[10100]: Cannot create issue due to invalid license: [You will not be able to create new issues because your JIRA evaluation period has expired, please contact your JIRA administrators.]

Anyway we not be able anymore to create new issue also from Web-GUI.

 

We have a 'JIRA Subscription: Commercial License Startup' ('til10 users) that expire in January 2016.

It sounds like your licence has not actually been applied to your JIRA server.  Go to your "my.atlassian.com" account, grab the server licence string and use it in the "admin -> licence" screen.

Thanks Nic, SOLVED.

It was a problem with a JIRA Service Desk Evaluation License expired. We have uninstall SD completely, including the settings, and now JIRA work fine.
