Hi
I am on JIRA 6.1.5 and service desk 1.2.7
I would like to upgrade to Service desk 2.5
However I do not see upgrade button next to JIRA Service Desk as shown in image below.
Is it because I need to upgrade JIRA to latest version of JIRA 6.4.6 and then I will be shown the upgrade button.
What will happen to all service desks when I upgrade, will that also be automatically upgraded?
I do have a valid license for Service Desk, so I guess this upgrade will have no issues with license mechanism. I am planning on using Rapid Upgrade method.

You're on an older version of JIRA. Service Desk 2.5 requires JIRA 6.4 or later.
So once I upgrade will I see upgrade button for service desk?
