Why Are Certain Users Not Showing In Tempo Timesheets?

I have JIRA and Tempo Administrator permissions, but for some reason when I go into Tempo Timesheets and start typing certain user names, Tempo says there are no matches found. This happens on with multiple users. I have tried typing both the user name and the full name and they still don't show up. I have made sure that all of these users have the time track permission and the browse users permission. I just don't know what else could be causing them not to show up.

Hi Phillip,

You need to have "Approve Timesheet Permission" for the user (or to be more precise: in a team where the user is member) to be allowed to view their timesheet.
