Who created/used a label in Jira?

Is there any sort of audit trail in JIRA for labels?

Ex:

• Who created a label, when
• When labels were applied to issues and by whom

At the moment, this is not a functionality of JIRA, but you can check if any of the Add-ons that extend Labels have this at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?application=jira&category=&cost=&hosting=&marketingLabel=&q=label
