White listing IP Address for incoming mail server (POP3)

Hi Iam trying to configure incoming emails to generate an issue.

In order to do that, I need to whitelist my on-demand server IP.

How can I tell what is the IP Address of my on-demand instance?

Hi Adam,

We encountered the same problem with our own OnDemand instance. Atlassian support redirected us to the following page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/IP+address+range+used+by+OnDemand

However these ranges might change (happened once in the last year), therefor it's best to watch the page so you get email updates when the ranges are changed.
