Where does the Support Request get lodged?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Support Tools Plugin

I entered a support request yesterday, but did not receive a confirmation email, nor can I see an inbox of any sort where I can check on the status of the request, or even know if it was sent?

It will go here:  https://support.atlassian.com/customer/servicedesk-portal

If you have an accout, there will be a My Requests link at the top of the page.
