My email and my teams have recently changed so I need to update our Confluence/Jira account with the email changes, but I cannot find how to do this, even on the Admin page. Any help will be appreciated

Hi Bobby - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Does your site use Managed users connected to AD/Okta/Guard or some other IAM tool? If so, you won't be able to update the values in Jira - you will need to do it in the source tool.

Hi @Bobby Sandhu  Welcome to the community!

Go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/ and log in with your current credentials.

Update Email Address:

In your profile, under the Account Details section, you should see an option to update your email address.

Click on the pencil/edit icon next to your current email, and enter the new email address.

Atlassian will send a verification email to your new email address. You will need to confirm this change by clicking the link in the verification email.

If you have Atlassian Access and are using SSO (Single Sign-On), the email addresses are likely controlled by your identity provider (IDP) like Google Workspace, Azure AD, Okta, etc.

In this case, you’ll need to update the email addresses in your identity provider, and once the change is made there, it will sync with Atlassian.
