Where do I see why an automation rule failed to be enabled?

I'm trying to enable this simple rule:

We couldn't enable your rule

Check the rule's configuration and try again

 

If I look at the audit log, I see nothing. Where do I see why I cannot enable it?

OK, seems it must've been a service related issue? No changes and it works now? Sorry for the interruption, we now return to your normally scheduled programming.

You probably has some errors on any component in automation rule. Can you share details (screenshots) of your "THEN" action and the "Rule details" screens?


It can be because of a wrong usage of a smart value or any other functional problem. Send us the details and let's investigate it together!
