I am able to scroll up and down my dashboard page, but when I go into a specific item I am unable to scroll down to view comments or activity.
-Occurs in both Chrome and IE 11
-Occurs on multiple devices, but only for my login (other users able to scroll as normal)
-No vertical scroll issues on any other site
-Clicking "Edit" greys out the window, wheel spins in the middle of the screen (on the page, not mouse cursor), nothing else happens
I don't know if I just hit an hotkey by mistake that I don't know about or if I accidentally changed a preference somewhere. Reverting to the old JIRA UI seems to resolve the issue.
