Where can I find my new Confluence OnDemand instance?

Alexander Zacherl July 2, 2012

We've had a Jira OnDemand instance for a few months and a self-hosted Confluence. Now I want to migrate from self-hosted Confluence to OnDemand. I've activated the Confluence OnDemand trial at https://my.atlassian.com/. My problem is that I have no way to access this Confluence. I've tried https://[oursubdomain].atlassian.net/confluence/ but it only tells me that I have no access to the Wiki functionality.

Hello,

I assume Confluence OnDemand trial version is successfully activated as above through https://my.atlassian.com/ . Do try the below links:

- Dashboard Confluence: https://<domain name>.atlassian.net/wiki/dashboard.action

- Administration Console: https://<domain name>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/console.action

Give it a try !!!

Cheers,

Diallo,

Same problem:

Access Denied

You have not been granted access to the Wiki functionality.

If you believe you should have this access, please contact your administrator.

Alternatively, you can return to the dashboard.

"contact your administrator leads to"

Contact Site Administrators

Your JIRA administrator has not yet configured this contact form.

So can it be that Confluence hasn't really been activated? It's set to active at https://my.atlassian.com/ondemand/configure/.

You may check whether you have application access to wiki from here:

https://<domain name >.atlassian.net/secure/admin/user/ApplicationAccessConfig!default.jspa

In case it persists, you can submit a support case with the description and screen-shots of error message through SAC for us to further investigate.

Thanks a lot. This saved my problem - I just hadn't given myself access to the Wiki in there.
