Where can I find a list of difference between team-based & company-based projects?

Hi,

We would like to know which type of project to use in which situation.

I couldn't find a "list of differences" between these 2 types of projects. I mean knowing which type means which scheme, permissions, access, ...

(i.e.: if we remove a user from a project - if the project is finish for example - how to be sure we can still access the TS of this project in Tempo?)
