Where/How do I reset the atlassian.mail.popdisabled property?

Issue is not getting created despite setting up mail handler

Mail log shows the below message

2013-02-14 14:12:14,624 INFO [] QuartzWorker-0 ServiceRunner Create Issue From Email Create Issue From Email[10001]: Mail is disabled.
2013-02-14 14:14:14,625 INFO [] QuartzWorker-0 ServiceRunner Create Issue From Email Service disabled by 'atlassian.mail.popdisabled' property.

Where do I reset the atlassian.mail.popdisabled property?

Those can be set on the command line (or in the script) when you start Jira.

Have a look at the system information page - it should list all the environment variables that matter, including the "mail disabled" ones - 'll need to find them in the startup script/environment and remove them, then restart Jira.
