When you Update Jira . The Folder lost Permission from Jira to ROOT

Hello,

 

yesterday i tested Update to latest Long Release x.9 now we habe x.5

If i install with Root all Folder Permission jira:jira are set to root !

If i want install with User Jira. I tested it not works . Because something is not written because of Rights !

Can i do something by Update that permission will be keep by jira:jira

Hi Ralf,

This happens often. You can just try to fix ownership of files and folders and then it should work.
