When will you implement replies to JIRA issue comments?

A JIRA issue can have many comments. I want to reply to a particular comment but I can't. This is inconvenient. I can reply to comments in Stash and that is super awesome. When will you do the same in JIRA?

Atlassian Status as of 15 November 2012: Thanks so much for your votes and comments on this feature request. While this feature is something we definitely want to add to JIRA, it is not on the list of priorities for the next 12 months.
