From what I understand, the right number is the linked issues, but what is the left number?

Found the answer:

https://support.getzephyr.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/203468135-Improvements-to-the-Defect-counter-associated-with-Test-Executions?input_string=When%20viewing%20a%20test%27s%20Executions%2C%20defects%20show%20two%20numbers%2C%20what%20are%20they%3F

Relevant Quote:

"Currently the counter lists two numbers: the first counts defects added in the 'Test Execution' section of the Execution, and the other counts defects added in the 'Test Details' section of the Execution."

Hi Andreas

Thanks for your interest in Zephyr.

Yes, you spotted the right answer .In other words the first counter lists the bugs linked at test case level and second counter lists the bugs linked at test step level.

Thanks & Regards
