When using JIRA with Greenhopper how & where do you assign Story Points?

Each Issue in the backlog has an estimate of total labor hours but nothing to assign story points?

What is the Estimate configuration done on the board? Set it to story points and you can then edit the story points in Issue Detail View.

OR

Just simply open the issue in JIRA and you can update both Story points and Estimate if you need. (using both looks strange to me though)
