When using Agile User Story Map I would like all issue types to show

When using Agile User Story Map I would like all issue types to show, by default it will only show "User Stories".

I have seen that if I create a new story map in the admin section of Agile User Story Map I can create a new map and set the JQL to include all issue types - however I would rather the default behaviour was that the map always contained all issues.  Is there a way I can implement this default behaviour?

Only by using JQL your are able to include all issue types. This is a Agile Story Map Software which is used for an Agile Workflow as it is used by Jira Agile.
