We are facing issues when using Jira 7.4.2 with Internet Explorer 11. When trying to update issues in jira it freezes.

Hi Balu,

First, please be aware of our notes regarding IE 11 on our Supported Platforms page:

• Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 (when browsers are maximized).

• 'Compatibility View' is not supported.

Can you tell us, do you also have the same problem when running IE with no add-ons? 

One more thing, is you may want to record a HAR file until you run into the crash, and having a look at that might explain the reason that IE is crashing.
