I am presented with the following error when trying to log into Jira: Your account is not yet available in the OnDemand instance

Hi Charmaine,

This error usually comes up when using the wrong username and/or password to log in to your OnDemand instance. You need to ensure you use the username that you chose when signing up for OnDemand (usually not an email address), not your my.atlassian.com username (which is an email address).

If you can't remember your credentials you can use the "Unable to access your account?" link and enter your email address.
