When responding to customer in Jira Service Desk, there is no way to include attachments

We are trying out the new JIRA Service Desk and can not find a way to attach files when responding to customers. We have tried to attach a file and then add a comment in the same dialog, but only the comment is sent to customer. Previously we have done this by using "Email this issue" plugin, using this plugin now will cause the response to be sent twice to customer, one from "Email this issue" and one from JIRA Service Desk. This is something that we use very often so its a critical functionality for us.
