When creating new issue type a bug I would like to set a template in the description

When QA perdon open a bug in Jira he needs to fill info in the description.

I would like to put a template inside the description that will remind him what to write inside it.

Is it possible?

Default values of system field (like description) isn't yet supported (out of box) -https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-4812

But your requirement can easily be implemented by Behaviour plugin (part of script runner add-on)

Documentation here - https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/4.3.1/jira/behaviours-overview.html#_setting_a_default_description

Please be aware that defaulting text into JIRA text fields such as description leads to requests to "clean up our data".

Typically, we find between 30% and 95% of fields with defaulted text contain nothing but the default.  Which is, of course, useless.
