When connecting from a remote lab receive error, in log appears as "JIRA Host 'xxx' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server". Is there a way to stop JIRA from appending the local domain when it connects to a database?

This occurs when attempting to migrate a Bugzilla database to a local server of JIRA.
