When commenting an issue error occurs because the link has extra string value other than the URL

I copy pasted a link of ticket from skype e.g: https://scrumdgs.atlassian.net/browse/BUNDLE-7053 AbdulQadir.T 

When i am commenting it shows a popup with this message below.

Sorry, I am confused a bit.  Where are you trying to comment?  On the issue at the end of that link you have given?

Ok.  That needs to go to Atlassian support, as it is a problem with a Cloud instance and we can't see the logs we would need to help debug it.
