When a ticket is created, modified or closed, everyone in my organization is copied via email

Everything I've tried to lock the ticket notifications down to the technician and the requested user had not worked. I am obviously missing something. Thanks

Did you check notification scheme use by your project and customer notification ?

Check if you have an automation rule that send an email to your organization
