When Keystore file added and not able to access JIRA

I have JIRA server enterprise level and I added CA cert keystore file. Key Alias and Key Password etc info in server.xml file and restarted the JIRA services. I confirmed all the info I added was correct.  

Im not able to access JIRA via any browser.

Error :The remote device or resource won't accept the connection

So I revert in order to run the services. 

Any idea what's wrong?

Hi Amit,

Without seeing the server.xml it would be impossible to verify the settings, however, I would first verify everything is setup correctly using the advanced configuration section of the Running JIRA applications over SSL or HTTPS knowledge base article as it seems there is a misconfiguration there somewhere.  If you confirm that is all good take a look at the Troubleshooting section at the bottom of the knowledge base article.
