When I move a story to Done it doesn't come up in the epic completed section on the planning board

As you can see in the below picture, there seems to be 5 issues in the below epic according to the planning board.

In reality there is actually 7 (as per image below).  I have moved 2 issues in the epic to done, but all that seems to do is remove the issue from the epic count in the planning board view.  Ideally I would like that issue to be moved to the completed tally eg

Issues 7

Completed 2

Unestimated 5

Estimate 0

I have tried a few things with changing the resolution, the status but I cant seem to figure out what the epic planning counts are based on so far.  

Any help would be muchly appreciated

Hi Daniel,

Did you check Status Mapping under column section is properly mapped ? 

For example "Closed", "Resolved" or Done whichever is applicable in your case is properly mapped to Done column ?
