When I click the Zephyr Testcase Import utiliyt Start Import nothing happens

Have Zephyr for Jira cloud version.

License Information for Jira 
Jira fb3a7a83 
License Information for Jira Plugins 
JIRA Service Desk Application 3.3.0-OD-1000.2476.0 

Zephyr for JIRA Version 


1.Using zfj-importer-utility-0.38.jar

2.Entered the url of our cloud version of Jira – entered user id and pwd  -- clicked on connect

3.Entered the Access Key, Secret Key and selected the project and Issue Type

4.Mapped the field names

5.Selected the File and click on Start Import

Nothing happens.  No msgs, no test cases added to the ones I imported last week.

Is there some log some place?  I am on a trial version, could the license be up?

Hi LeAnn, has this issue been resolved, am faced with the same issue.



Sorry, I don't recall what we did to get around it, and haven't used the utility since 2017.
