Wheel at result level does not appear in the issue navigator

Hello,

In the issue navigator, when i'm connected with admin rights, the wheel foreach result lines appears, but not with other user. I gave the same autorization do a specfic user as the admin, but still no wheel at the line level.

Any idea?

The user might have customized the column order in Issue Navigator and removed that Actions column.
