Whay can't I see Operations column in User management?

I'm not able to see Operations column during I access to User management.

I want to add users to projects, but it's not possible.

PS - I'm logged-in as the admin account.

This widget could not be displayed.

Is Operations a project? You would not see the projects there, but groups. You give access to project by adding groups in permission scheme and/or project roles.

I am running into exact same issue as of you. If you have been able to resolve it, then please help me with it.Thanks in advance. (Not able to see operations column under "User Management" when we "View users" )
