It depends on what you're trying to do. If you just want to get a list of the issues that were submitted or updated when you were sleeping you can just have a filter that you review in the morning. I have a filter that gets emailed to myself every morning at 9a so that I can easily catch anything new that I might have fallen through the cracks.
