Hi Cedric,

you're asking for a passive server: As I recall you can have a passive server (Cold standby) using the same license as the active server. Beware: You must keep both servers to the exact same version & configuration. You must put the attachments directory on a shared drive only accessible by the active server. You must use the same database, maybe on a second replicated / clustered second DB server.
