This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: JIRA Software 7.0.x release notes

What was wrong with 7.0.3? We just upgraded our server from 6.4.x to 7.0.3 and we now get warning in marketplace the version is unknown. Do we really need to upgrade again to 7.0.4?

There has been an update since then. Actually your version was cancelled, and 7.0.4 was released. You can find the full changelogs here.
