What permission allows Service Desk users to change the status of tickets?

Hey its the following permission.

Transition Issues

Ability to transition issues.

Transition.jpgMember of.jpgThanks Niclas. I have given this agent permission to transition but this option is not available. See attached for no transitions available & who has transition permission. This agent is both a Service Desk user & part of the group Ulysses.

Try to use the comment function when adding questions. smile It looks like this user is not part of the configured licensed group for JSD. Search for the user in user management and you should be able to see if this is the case.
