We have a customer that has requested to receive notifications of JIRA tickets by SMS (text message). What is the best way to do this? I have seen both a plug-in but the Answers question on it mentioned there was little documentation and it wasn't working for the person who asked about it, as well as a tutorial from Atlassian to set it up with Zapier. I'd like to do this cost-effectively but if there is a paid plug-in that does a better job, then I could probably justify it.
