What is the JQL to check that there has been an update or comment after ticket was closed?
1) Issue X is created by A (customer)
2) X is processed and resolved by B (agent)
3) 1 week has passed since the ticket is resolved.
4) Issue is later commented on by A
My first thought is that you would compare the date the issue was resolved with the date that it was updated. But ... standard JQL doesn't allow you to compare dates. You may need to consider an add-on, but I don't know anything about them
