What happens to servicedesk projects when i remove JIRA servicedesk?

Do they dissapear? Do i need to migrate issues? Any other things i need to save before removing JIRA servicedesk?

They turn back into normal JIRA projects.  You'll lose all the JSD functionality, including the request types (I think these remain stored though, so if you put JSD back in, they'll reappear), but the plain issues will remain.
