What do I wrong with this CSV import

I can't click NEXT it's greyed out, I can't see what I do wrong in my fields.
Can somebody gives a hint?

Hi @Rob Keij,

As you see the warning message in the top of your screen shot, Summary field is mandatory to do import

Have you mapped Summary field with your CSV field?

Hello Leo,

Ah, now its clear, I thought I had a summary field.
Now I got warnings for more needed items on the next page.

Not everything is clear to me in de Explanation from Jira,
If they added a good example file it should be easyer.
