I have a Product Manager that cannot complete a ticket that was intended for Atlassian.
She is using Google Chrome.
If anyone can supposedly do this, then I will log a ticket myself for this.

where is your product manager logging the ticket from ?
did the product manager try support.atlassian.com ?
@Adrian Stephen, Yes, It was through support.atlassian.com and she cant get through the ticket filling process.
