We just enabled email notifications but no one from my team is getting any email notification.

Hello,

1. checked spam folder

2. double checked the notifications config, it shows that notification to everyone is enabled on all events.

Appreciate the help.

@Arnel Delacruz Welcome to the Atlassian communtiy

I would suggest double-checking all of your settings with the documentation - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-email-notifications/   How many individuals do you have on your team?  You should have them check notification settings as stated in the documentation.  Users who perform the action will not be notified for something they did which is also important to remember.
