We're not receiving email notifications once the ticket is created, even thought our notifications configuration is exactly the same as other colleagues in another Service Desk, but they do receive these notifications.
We're using the default notification scheme.
Could you help us with that?

There are quite a few areas to troubleshoot for notifications. Before trying them, I'd suggest getting one of your Jira Administrators to run the Notification Helper to see if it can identify the problem.
