We don't have an export functionality anywhere

We have an on premiss version 6.4.9 ( i know it's old)

how do we get the permissions to get reports about the usage in JIRA

please help us

Hi,

In 6.4.9 there isn't a function to export users.  See the Community Post Export Jira User List for add-on ideas and User List Export for a past discussion about this.

If you have database access you can export a list of users using How to Export Users to CSV from JIRA.
