I would recommend checking that post to confirm that this has been resolved. The support technician there did note that there was a bounced email to your domain that has been since cleared. However we in Community won't have access to help in this particular case. However you are the site-admin of a commercial Cloud site, so that support request is the best channel for you to work through this issue with out support team.
