We are not able to attach documents in create issue form in Internet Explorer and apple safari ?

but attaching document is suceessful in google chrome and mozilla firefox, we are using JIRA 4.4.1. we have done changes in JIRA files, but now we are not able to track which change has initiated this problem, can anyone help us to track that change.

Error message:- " Cannot attach file Unknown server error"

Your system info page should tell you what files you've changed away from the base distribution, but I suspect you'll find the log file will tell you more useful information about this error.
