Way to add attachments to comments

I know JEditor allows for this to happen, but hate to pay $1000 for only needing one feature.

Is there another way to do this? Without using the wiki markup, as some of our users are not tech savvy.

Thank you but I'm trying to find a way to do this without wiki mark markup.

Would like a way so it auto adds it to the comment, when you add a comment
