Hi,
We've created wallboards in our OnDemand instance, and specified refresh intervals of 15m for the components. However, it seems that we only see updates make it through to the wallboard when pressing F5 manually on the wallboard computer.
We also notice that the Greenhopper burndown chart seems to only be updated at around midnight, even though our refresh is set to 15mins for this too.
Can anyone provide guidance on this?
