I want to create custom time tracking system for my team, rather than using the task based tracking already available in JIRA.
Are there any good Plugins/macros which can help me create custom timesheet?
Even If it's in confluence, its okay because tracking will not be based on tasks created in JIRA.

I know of many folks that use Tempo for this but here are certainly others to consider. Have you searched the Marketplace for options? Ultimately it depends on your specific requirements and price point.

Yes I have looked at Tempo but there is one question, if you can answer.
Can i create timesheet independent of tasks created in JIRA issues/stories?
Like here we are going to track only think/build/run phases only, under any given project. The tracking is to be done that way.
Is there anything you can recommend for this.
