WHEN Does a User Become Inactive?

Hello All,

Can anyone tell me WHEN Jira decides to change a user from active to inactive?

Specifically, I'm wondering how much time a user needs to not be using the product before the system automatically sets the users to inactive.

Hi Nate, welcome to the community. Jira doesn’t decide to make a user inactive. Admins are responsible for making this happen. There is no feature to automatically inactivate a user OOTB.

As @Jack mentioned it's not OOTB but that would be a nice feature to have with Atlassian access.
